By purchasing from or participating in any offering from FlutterUp Designs, you agree to the following terms.
Custom & Handmade Items
Many FlutterUp Designs products are handmade or custom. As a result:

Variations in color, texture, and materials are natural and part of the design process.

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Workshops & Events
FlutterUp Designs may offer in-person workshops or classes.

Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to attend, transfers may be permitted with advance notice.

Participants assume responsibility for their own safety during workshops. FlutterUp Designs is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from participation, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, class materials, photos, and content created by FlutterUp Designs remain the intellectual property of FlutterUp Designs and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
Cancellations by FlutterUp Designs
In the event FlutterUp Designs must cancel a workshop or order due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
FlutterUp Designs is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or participation in workshops, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of this site or participation in offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
