Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Many FlutterUp Designs items are handmade; processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for custom pieces.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
When available, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Locations
FlutterUp Designs currently ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FlutterUp Designs is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, FlutterUp Designs is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
